David C Holmes Jr, known as “Chuckie”, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Originally from Newport News, VA.  he arrived to Washington state in the late 1990’s.

Honoring David’s wishes, viewing will be held for family members only.

David is preceded in his death by his mother Dorothy E Kemp, step father Sgt Maj (ret) William Kemp, father MSgt David C Holmes, Sr, and sister Dorothea E Holmes. He leaves behind his daughter Shavonnda Eley, three grand daughters Jaylah, Jordyn, and Jasmine and a great granddaughter Poppy, brother Daryl K Holmes (Tessa), sister Deidre M Barnett (John), and nephew David Holmes (Jenni). David also leaves behind Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Greats and multiple friends.
