Filomena Williams, 93, passed away peacefully in her home on November 24, 2024.

Born on August 8, 1931, in Rosales Pangasinan, Philippines, Filomena was the cherished daughter of Sinforoso and Severina (Binavince) Limon. She was a loving mother (Theodore, Teodora, Veronica, and Felisa), grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, and her life was defined by the deep love for cooking and the joy she found in sharing her culinary creations with everyone around her. Known for her warm hospitality, Filomena opened her home and kitchen to anyone who was hungry, always eager to bring people together with a meal, a story, and a smile.

Filomena spent her life as a wife, mother, and home cook. Her passion for food extended beyond just preparing meals; it was about the connections she built and the joy she spread through every dish. Whether it was her famous Lumpia (eggrolls), the desserts she baked from scratch, or the simple but delicious meals she made with love, Filomena found purpose in feeding others, making them feel loved and cared for.

In July 2024, Filomena was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Adam Williams, her son, Theodore Williams; sister, Beatriz Almerol; and brother, Alejandro Limon. She is survived by her daughters, Teodora Williams, Veronica (Ted) Ausbun, and Felisa (Arthur) Bryant; brothers, Emerenciana Limon Martinez and Simplicio Limon, 8 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
