Life and Legacy
John Smith IV was born Tuesday April 21, 1987 at Tacoma General Hospital to parents Cherie and John. He left this world too soon November 23, 2019. John was a character, his charm and dancing made him a star. It was a party wherever John was.
John was naturally athletic. At the age of 6 years old he began playing foot ball for the Puyallup Riders until he was 9 years old. As a great sportsman he wore Seahawks gear for a day after losing one of the wagers.
