Lee Esther Reynolds was born in Sherill, Arkansas May 5th, 1951 to parents Wilbert Reynolds and Ora Lee Walker.  She was the oldest of 12 children, Emma Reed (deceased), Ora Dean Washington, Gloria Reynolds, Linda Price, Robert Reed, Carl Reed, Billy Ray Reed, and Otis Reed, as well as Lolette Mills( deceased), Cynthia Mills, Donzetta Mills(deceased), and Don Mills(deceased). In 1966 she married Larry Jacko and in 1967 they relocated and made Los Angeles, California their home. They had four amazing children together, Barbara, who passed shortly after birth, Steven Jacko, Johnnie (Tony) Jacko, and Bridgette Haynes.  From those children she had 11 grandkids, Steven Jr, Stephon, Kiesten, Devon, Desirea, Janiqua, Brandee, Brittanee, Breyanna, Semaj, and Jasmine. She had 8 great-grandkids. One daughter in love; Angela Jacko and one son in love; Edward Lee.

Lee was a general laborer for a warehouse and did cosmetology on the side, doing hair and nails until she began her career as an Electrician for the Long Beach Shipyard in 1985. After it closed down, she was relocated to Bangor Puget Sound Naval Base from which she retired in 1999 as a Master Electrician.
During this time, she met and married Jeff Hill. They became Foster parents in 2001 welcoming several children into their home and hearts and eventually adopted 3 foster sons, Anthony Hill, Erik Hill, and Manuel Hill.

She attended several churches, but Faith Temple Church of God and Christ was her home church. She was on the usher board and in the choir.

In 2010, she married Robert Freeman and she gained 3 step- daughters; LeTesha Stinnett, LaTonya Griffith, and Crystal Beamon, who she loved like her own.  They relocated to Portsmouth, Va in 2018.

Lee believed “a little bit of sugar made everything taste better and a little pop of color made everything look better”.   She loved to cook and loved her high heels even more. She had an eye for fashion and loved pretty things. She loved talking to people and people loved talking to her. She would always give you an honest opinion, at times whether you wanted it or not.  Lee believed presentation was important and she hated being late.

She had a goddaughter Sheintonna Roach, that she loved like a daughter and 2 god-granddaughters Taquasha and Toni.

She is proceeded in death by Barbara( daughter), Wilbert (father), Ora Lee (Mother), (sisters) Emma Reed, Lolette, Donzetta, brother Don and Charlotte Reynolds whom was more than a stepmom, she was a mom.

Lee was a mom and grandma to many. She is survived by her husband Robert Freeman, 4 sisters, 4 brothers, 1 daughter, 5 sons, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many that loved her.
