Obituary | Nesbert Kambarami Jr
With his loving parents by his bedside, Nesbert Jr passed away peacefully on the 12th of September 2021.
Junior (as he was affectionately known) was not only a brother to Shanada and Emmanuel, but was also the leader of the pack to all his cousins who looked up to him. He performed this role like every older brother should, with stern words when required, a loving hug when one was down, or he just gave a listening ear when needed. He had zero tolerance for unkempt hair and his brother and cousins can all attest to that. Yes, he was firm with them, but it was always done with love.
Choosing to forgo college, but with a vision of what he wanted to achieve in his career, Junior lived life his way… unapologetically. He loved most of the good things in life. TV shows and movies were his go to things on a relaxing day; hanging out with his friends and listening to music were a must; but nothing, absolutely nothing came before his love of Texas and the Dallas Cowboys.
Junior was a kind hearted charming young man, whose dimples and beautiful smile would brighten anyone’s day. He had a gentle voice, was fiercely loyal and protective of those he loved. His mission in life was to make sure that everyone was seen and heard, and he would always remind you if too much time had passed since you last spoke. He was someone who cared more about how you were feeling even if he wasn’t having the best day.
Junior’s brave fight is an inspiration to us all and we will miss him dearly
Nesbert Jr is survived by his father Nesbert Sr, his mother Yolanda, his siblings Shanada and Emmanuel and his niece Ava.
A celebration of Junior’s life will be held on Saturday 18 September 2021 at Shiloh Baptist 1211 South I Street Tacoma, WA 98405
My condolences on the loss of Jr. We have been praying for you all, which will not stop.
I hadn’t saw him in years but my vision went back to the little 4 or 5 year old in Vacation Bible school.
We love y’all and will continue to pray for your strength to handle the days ahead.
