In Loving Memory of Reverend Dr. Paul Warren, Sr., Pastor Emeritus

Rev. Dr. Paul Warren, Sr. was born July 24, 1944 in Uniontown Alabama to Mr. Isaac Warren and Mrs. Minnie Washington, he was raised by his grandparents Mr. Jessie and Mrs. Lizzie Washington. Pastor Warren, 78, of Tacoma Washington passed away peacefully on September 11, 2022 at his home surrounded by loved ones. Dr. Warren is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mother Barbara Warren; two sons, Paul Warren Jr., his wife Brenda, Kenneth J. Warren and his Companion Kiko Adams, two granddaughters, Alisha Napier, Taliciana Warren, and two grandsons Rickie Ford and Kendrick Adams and two great grandchildren Averiana Castano and Nova Boyd.

Dr. Warren’s viewing will be on September 22, 2022 from 3:00pm until 6:30pm at Living Word Christian Church, 6425 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma WA. His Life will be  Celebrated on Friday September 23, 2022 at 11:00am at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1211 South “I” Street, Tacoma WA. 98405.

    Pastor Warren has served Our Lord & Saviour faithfully, and has blessed the Beam family for the last 28 years by providing Godly wisdom to us along the way. We are thankful for the fatherly relationship and will cherish our time together. September 11th will forever remain etched in our hearts, as we remember his passing.

    I’m really saddened by the passing of Dr. Warren. I delivered his mail for years. It was always a blessing to talk with him and the family when I would see them, they reminded me of being back home in Atlanta.
