Robert Ray Rangel was born on July 16th 1961. He was born to Susano and Marcella Rangel. Robert was a life long resident of Tacoma. He was kind and has always been well thought of when it came to friends and family. Robert was very loving and loyal. Family always came first for him. He worked hard and made sure his family was well looked after. We will miss his beautiful smile and laughter.

Celebration of life services will be held December 19, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home at 12:30pm
