This message is for Ross’ daughter,Konia, who lives in Hawaii. Ross & I were friends for 56 years – I will miss him most when I think of or hear “Nancy Wilson” ! We met at Ross’ boat for a cruise – I still have the “orange” shirt he gave me with the name of the boat, “Konia Kai”, on the front and “crew member” on the back. He said he named the boat after you ! I would love to her from you about his passing. My email address: [email protected]

  3. Vivian Ferrell says:

I was shocked and deeply saddened when I found out about Ross. Ross’s mother and my mother were 1st cousins. I’ve known and loved Ross my entire life. Even though I didn’t see Ross often I always knew he was there if needed. I would love to reach out to any family members and longtime friends of Ross.

  4. Bernice Delorme says:

Ross and my husband William Kenneth were best friends for over 60 years. Both were submariners. Kenneth served from 1954-1975. He rode 5 diesel boats and 6 nukes. We had a big party for them to celebrate their 40 years of friendship. Ross’ passing left a large void in our lives. Kenneth also passed on August 22, 2022 at the age of 86. We were together for 31 years. I will be having Kenneth’s Memorial on September 1, 2023 in Belcourt, ND. We will be remembering Ross as well as Marshall Tyler, who also served with Ross and Kenneth in the Navy and who also passed this last year. I would love to hear from family and friends of any of these men who were so close to us, and invite all to come to the Memorial on September 1, 2023 in Belcourt ND. My phone number is 701-550-0439, and my name is Bernice Delorme.
