In Our Hearts Forever
Ralph Leaforest Parks Jr
July 17th 1960 – May 30th 2020

Ralph “Rocky” Leaforest Parks Jr was born July 17th 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ralph L Parks Sr and Vera Hall. He was the youngest of five. He often recalled memories growing up in KC and the experiences that made him into the great man that we all loved.

In the late 80s he sought brighter opportunities than KC could offer, which led him to follow his sister Debbie to Washington State. Soon after his arrival, he met Aily, the love of his life. In meeting her, he gained her children that he loved as his own.

Rocky was strong, funny, kind, and undeniablly selfless. He faced many obstacles throughout his life but showed perseverance through it all.

If there was one thing Rocky loved more than the WWE, it was his family. He made sure his family had everything they could need and more. You could not ask for a better father, papa, brother or friend.

There’s are no words to express how much Rocky is missed, but knowing his spirit is free and his body is no longer in pain brings us comfort in our time of grieving.

You will always be loved, you will always be missed.

Rocky is proceeded in death by his parents; Ralph Sr and Vera, his Sister Beverly, brother Bobby, and spouse Aily.

He leaves behind his sisters and brother; Helen (Oscar), Debbie (Orlando), Robert (Pat) Jewell (Bobby). His children: Stanley (Jessica), George (Theresa), Misi (Mona), Denise (Shawn), Jennifer (Tyree), Tim (Kristy). His nieces and nephews: Robin, Tony, Michael, Shaunte, Travis, Jodie, James, Tyrann, Shenita, Nickie, Lorrice, Bobby Dean, Bobby Jr, Little Bobby. His grandkids; Baby Carol, Selesa, Aily, Messiah, Monisi, Cash, Baby Aily, Cameron, Angel, Marrissa, Reuben, Ruby, Roxy, Romeo, Bryson. His great grandkids; Ezekiel and Lorenzo. And countless others whom were his family.

I am saddened to hear that cousin Rocky passed away. Sending my condolences from Kansas City, MO. Wishing the family peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold in your heart. I will always remember Rocky as being the DJ and providing the music at family dinners that rotated between the houses of my Grandmother Laura, Aunt Vera, Aunt Lorene and Aunt Lucille. God Bless Rocky and rest in peace. I’ll be lighting a candle in your honor.

  3. Denise Scales says:

Time has stood still these past 3 years. I know you are looking down and proud of the changes that have been made. Love you always.

  4. Kevin Howell says:

Rocky was a coworker and Friend when we worked together at PEPl in KC after he graduated high school. He was great as both a coworker and friend. We had some great times together until PEPl moved away from KC. Rocky was always up for a practical joke.
