Elder Richard Haskins

On July 23^rd, 2022, Elder Richard (affectionately called “Big Rick”) went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  He was born on November 22^nd, 1958 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to the late David and Rosamay Haskins.

Elder Richard served 20 years of service in the United States Navy, worked for 23 years at Central Kitsap High School Silverdale Washington, and many summers as a Supervisor for the Washington State Department of Ecology.  He also served as the Assistant Pastor New Fellowship Church, Silverdale, WA.

He leaves to mourn him a loving wife of 42 years, 3 beautiful sons, and 4 grandchildren, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and God children.

Along with a host of friends that are local, national, and international. God’s “Yes” Man will be missed.
