Richard Gordon lll (54) of Tacoma Washington passed on July 29, 2020, he was known as Uncle Richard. He was born November 7, 1965 in East St Louis, Illinois to Richard Gordon ll and Paulette Gordon. He was the youngest of five (5) children. Richard was a man of many talents. He was a natural athlete and he loved music. He was known for his dancing and pop-locking skills. He could fix almost anything. He was great at taking bikes apart and putting them back together again. He was known as a demolition man and the “Yard Man.” He could wash a car and make it shine like new. Richard loved to barbeque for his family and friends. He was always the life of the party. He was Uncle Richard.
“I Know It Was the Blood” was one of his favorite Gospel songs. It reminded him of times past when he would give communion with the deacons. He loved being and usher “At Any Church he attended.” He was the father of (4 )children; Chantelle Henry, Richard Henry, Samuel Charles and Samantha Charles. He was the Grandfather to (8) beautiful grandchildren; Kendrell, Keniya, Kendall, Kenya and Chyanne Bennett, Rich Lynn, Rashad, Raquan Henry.

He leaves four (4) siblings; Ronni Vaughn, Neal Vaughn, Beal Vaughn and Loretta Bey. He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and others that he was a replacement father to, and Lonnie Cole a long time friend and employer.
He is preceded in death by his father Richard Gordon II, Mother Paulette Gordon, Sister Ernestine and his first son La’Ron Henry.

Richard never forgot a birthday and always said “I Love You”. Uncle Richard you are loved and missed.
